Embracing Change is not easy, as it may sound, and it may need assistance.
In my journey, I have realized through my life experience and learnt that ‘we owe it to ourselves, more than proving to others our inner-skills, inner-potential and inner – wisdom’.
However, to tap into my own inner wisdom and my inner knowing, I did embark on this beautiful journey of Self-Love and Self Care, inner transformation and Inner-child work, through the light of Angel healing meditations, Reiki, and divine guidances, I have been truly blessed to have many coaches and mentors in this soul journey who contributed in my transformational journey, to believe in myself, to claim my power, to ASK, BELIEVE & RECEIVE my best life from the Universe and through digging deep, through inner reflections and Journaling.
The power of Journaling is immense, if only we know how to use it to transform our inner critic into our own inner coach, or our self-doubt into our accountability partner to help us live our best life with better clarity, courage and compassion through various proven self-love and self-care powertools, techniques, powerful exercises, and insightful prompts, to navigate our thoughts and embark on this journey from procrastination to taking constructive action steps and goal setting, to build the confidence, self-esteem and to release self-doubt, practice self compassion and to create a life filled with passion & purpose. Journaling invokes mindfulness to help us remain present while keeping perspective.
